What is a Carro PCO car rent?

A PCO car hire is the most convenient and simple way for Private Hire Vehicle Drivers to hire a car. Usually drivers use PCO cars for ride-hailing apps like Uber and Bolt.   

What is Caro Rent+ ?

With Carro Rent + you pay a weekly rental fee for a specific term and by the end of the term, the car is yours.

What is the minimum rent contract?

The minimum rent duration is 4 weeks. After four weeks and with a one week advance notice you can return the car at any time. This is Carro flexibility.

Do you require a deposit?

This varies from car to car. However, we guarantee a refund of your deposit on the same day of return. 

Can I use my own insurance?

We work with various insurance partners and can offer you a wide range of lucrative insurance policies.

What is the millage restriction?

This various from car to car, we always make sure to find the best possible and tailored service for our customers. 

Is servicing included

All of our cars come with free servicing, tyre replacement and free general health checks.

What will happen if I am involved in a car accident?

On your car pick-up day we will provide you with a driver handbook explaining everything in more detail. Accidents can happen and our claims team is here to help and protect you. 

Can I drive with Uber and Bolt?

All of our cars are pre-approved with the ride-hailing apps. You can use and onboard our cars on Uber and Bolt at any time.

Can I use the car for personal use?

Absolutely, we do not restrict our drivers for what purposes they use our cars as long as it is legitimate and not in any breach of laws.
